Six West Video Shoot at Country Roads Saloon

Six West is excited to have Fahrenheit Films (http://www.fahrenheitfilms.com) shooting an on-location video for their performance at the Country Roads Saloon.  If you’d like to be in the video, head on down to Country Roads in the Radisson Hotel on 16th Ave & Deerfoot Trail in Calgary.  Show begins at 9pm on Saturday, January 16th, 2010!

About Us

Abbey Powell & Jason Hastie are the driving forces behind this spirited & energetic duo!  Formerly known as Deuces Wild, their new name brings the release of a new single and an album in 2009!

“An accomplished young woman & seasoned performer who inspires all who know her” is the published statement about Abbey from the Executive Producer of the “Alberta’s Finest” albums. Abbey was born in Saskatchewan and has called Calgary home for the past 17 years. She has been featured at the Calgary Stampede, Big Valley Jamboree, Nashville North as well as various charities such as the Alberta Children’s Hospital.
Jason is no stranger to great country music, having 2 successful songs released to radio 3 years ago. A proud Saskatchewan singer and musician at heart, Jason has been in Calgary for 6 years.

By combining their diverse musical backgrounds, they discovered a combustible chemistry as a new duo.  Currently celebrating the release of their 4th single It’s Easy for Girls and the recent release of their CD “Beautiful Something” in stores and on iTunes, Abbey and Jason have a lot to be proud of!  Six West’s fresh country sound, passionate, original songs, & strong, brilliant harmonies is sure to leave you inspired and wanting more!
